Sep 16, 2020 (Fuel lines, filter, pump, pulse line... not the 2-way valve) No improvement at all. I considered the pick up tubes might be clogged but it behaves the same way with either tank, and letting the mower sit for 20 minutes or so, the filter re-fills from gravity alone. The only thing I can come up with is the pulse line losing pulses.

Mower has been used three times since sitting for winter. I cranked it this week and went a little distance until it cut off. I have replaced fuel filter and have fuel flowing out of line to the pump. Fuel pump has been replaced. I replaced the rubber hose connected from the valve cover and pulse input on pump.

Crank the engine, and fuel should pulse out, and hopefully any crud/water/dirt that may be in there. Then take an Allen wrench, 3/16 I think, and stick in the hole and remove the jet inside and clean it, crank the engine some more and let some more fuel/crud pulse out. Re-assemble, it should run a lot better.
